The California Work and Family Coalition is proud to be a Steering Committee member of the Stronger California Advocates Network. We are excited to invite you to the Stronger California Advocates Network “Women at Work End-of-Session Breakfast” on Tuesday, August 29, 2017. There will be an open-house breakfast from 8:30 - 10 am, with a brief program at 8:45 am featuring legislative and advocacy champions of working women and an update on our comprehensive approach to advancing economic security for California women and families.
Women play a vital role in spurring economic growth in California. As almost half the workforce in our state, and often the primary earners in their households, women are also key to their families’ economic security. For that reason, the Stronger California Advocates Network is working with the state’s top legislators driving important reforms for women and families.
Please join us, along with members of the Legislative Women’s Caucus, to celebrate our progress and highlight our remaining legislative priorities this session.
