Paid Family Leave Outreach and Education Community Meeting

Many people in California do not know about their rights to take paid family leave or paid sick leave, especially those who are low income or new immigrant workers. To ensure that everyone can access these benefits, the California Work & Family Coalition and Clínica Monseñor Oscar A. Romero are leading a pilot project in Los Angeles focused on educating low income and new immigrant workers about CA Paid Family Leave and Paid Sick Days. This campaign has been a successful model; now we are looking at ways to expand it to more clinics and possibly more counties in California.

We need your help to expand education about these policies to people who need it the most! Come learn about how you and/or your organization can help.

Space is limited. To RSVP or get more information, please contact Melisa Acoba at melisa.acoba@gmail.com.
